Student Career Support – We will support prospective students who need further
assistance to identify their career options and study courses so we can go through with your
options and recommend the best options for your studies and support for your university
applications.
Interview Preparation Support - We know from our experience it is challenging to attend
interviews in a different country with a different culture before you know more about the
country because cultures and behaviour matter in an interview!!! However, we want you to
get in there soon. We will help you prepare for your interview and support you in presenting
yourself confidently and getting your dream job with sample interview questions, including
behavioural interview questions.
CV and cover letter preparation – Your resume/ cover letter is the employer's first
impression, and it is short, so you should be able to present all of the important milestones
in your resume to be considered for the role. Also, it is essential to write your resume to
match the role and the country you are applying for, so reviewing your CV before you
circulate it in the job market is a good idea.
Settlement Support- It is a daunting experience to settle in a new country where you don’t
have your contacts and loved ones around. So, we are here for you. We will arrange airport
pickups, accommodation, buying a car, kids daycare registrations, etc and everything you
need to settle in New Zealand. Also we will introduce our community where you can keep
connections and seek support where needed.
How we do this
We will offer you a 30-minute free session with one of our experienced HR Business
partner/ Career Coach to review your information/ details and ensure what sort of
support/guidance you need. Then, we can talk you through the process, and we will work on
a plan to achieve your outcome.
